Wine-Specific Conditions
Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Enchantment Vineyards. Delivery requires the signature of a sober adult (21 years or older) who is not intoxicated. Wines purchased from Enchantment Vineyards are for personal consumption only and not for resale.
Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Minimum Purchase
No minimum purchase is required.

Enchantment Vineyards ships directly to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, DC, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
Shipping Costs
Our carrier of choice is UPS Ground. Shipping is provided at current market rates. If a customer selects an alternative shipping carrier, they are responsible for all shipping charges, regardless of wine club membership or purchase amount.
Wine as a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity and does not tolerate extreme temperature conditions (e.g., hot summers or freezing winters). Enchantment Vineyards is not responsible for and will not replace wine damaged due to extreme weather conditions during shipment. Once your wine order is picked up by the carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine transfers to you, the purchaser.
